# ️ Instructions:
Read the entire process before starting the site test; this way you’ll have a complete understanding of it.
# PHASE ONE
- Once on the website, start working inside all the sections by following the order of the [**SITE TEST table]((information cachée)
To correctly perform the test, you will need to create a Tutor and a Student profile, to interact to each other. Please make sure to send a request from your student account to your tutor one.
# PHASE TWO
- By following the descending order of the process, identify the sections to review inside the column named **Section to verify**
** Section to verify:** In this column you’ll find ALL the sections to verify during the site test
- The **YELLOW** tags indicate the section would be find on the **home page of the website**
- The **BLUE** tags indicate the section belongs to the **dashboard view**
- The **PURPLE** tags indicate the section would be found in a specific **Landing Page**
- The **GREEN** tags Indicate some **currency symbols** you could easily identify on the website (normally not locally adapted)
- The **PINK** tags indicate this **section would be located on the [B.O. “traduction” space]((information cachée) *To do by Mentors
# PHASE THREE
- Start working with the indications written on the **Instructions** column
**Instructions:** In this column, some suggestions are shared (per section) for you to follow along with the site test
- Follow all suggestions and if there’s any feedback about it, please feel free to share it with your Mentor/ Lead.
- If you performed any additional steps/actions, please share them with us so we can continue improving the process.
- We strongly recommend not limiting yourself to these instructions and exploring further if needed.
- Click on the option **OPEN**, by hovering on each section, to visualize the instructions on a wider view.
- Along with the instructions, you’ll find visual examples to help you identify where to find the section to work on, for both mobile and desktop tests.
**Visual Examples (Mobile):** This column contains screenshots to help you visually identify the section to test on your mobile device.
- Most of our users choose to interact with our platform though their mobiles, so the test should be done from a mobile version.
**Visual Examples (Desktop):** This column contains some screenshots to help you visually identify the section to test on desktop.
- Some specific options/functions are not displayed on the mobile or the desktop version; or the placement could be different. Then you need to test both versions.
# PHASE FOUR
- While testing each section, write all the comments, remarks and changes needed on the column **Freelancer Comments**, and add visual examples to the **Comments Visual Example** columns
**Freelancer Comments:** The freelancer collaborator would use this column to share all the things that need to be changed/adapt/ modify of the local website.
- This column can only accept text, so try to be specific about the issue/bug/word/ or any element that should be changed.
- There’s no limit for the quantity of issues to access here.
**Visual Example:** Access inside this column all visual examples (screenshots), that the Mentor will use to identify the modifications needed.
- For each comment added, you need to add an example on the “visual example” column, please edit the shared screenshots so we can easily identify the issue/bug/word we need to change. *** Every comment will mandatory need a visual example to show the change to do**
# PHASE FIVE
- While working on each section use the **Freelancer Status** column to update the advance of the site test.
**Freelancer Status**: This column will help your Mentor to see your progress in each section of the test.
**Once every section is correctly verified and updated to DONE, please inform your Mentor**

About the Process:
- At this stage of the process, we’ll displayed a specific order of how to do the site test before it goes LIVE. **Some comments** will be shared according to every section you need to test, however, please remember to **test, click and try the entire site**. Do not limit to only follow the comments.
- **Please read carefully**. If you have any question concerning the process, reach to your Mentor (for freelancers case) or your LEAD (for Mentors case) so they can help you.
- The **test must be done on the Mobile and Desktop version** of the website.
